Akhilesh and Pushpa never knew what all Ira was doing to get a baby. They only came to know of Akhi's inability to get a reversal done & that too through the cunningness of Devina. So they put all blame on Ira. And this time there was no consoling Akhilesh. He thought Ira responsible for his mother's heart attack and told her to get out.

Meanwhile, Ira who had got the Artificial Insemination done but had not told anyone except BP, came to know that she's pregnant. But when she tried to break the news to Akhilesh and Pushpa, she found them with the Trinetri Baba . He did some bhrum-bhram and pretended to save Pushpa's life. But he took a promise from Akhilesh that he will hand over his child to the Baba. Akhilesh thought he can never have a child, so he gave a false promise.

But Ira, seeing all this from background, knew that Akhilesh will definitely hand over their child to the Baba. So she runs away, gets on a bus to Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh (seriously?). Unfortunately, the bus meets with an accident. Although Ira is saved by a woman, the Pandey family gets the news that she is dead.

So, now after 5 years, she's at this village near Jaunpur, living with the woman who saved her. She gave birth to a daughter MISHRI.
