Well, I have a hunch that it will be Ira first. She will first see Akhilesh either with Mishri or on his own. It can be a chance meeting where Akhilesh might not see her.

Because Ira thinks that the Baba will somehow trace her daughter if she is united with her father, Ira will try her level best to keep them apart. So on being aware of Akhilesh's presence in the same village and also his growing proximity and fondness for Mishri, Ira will panic and try to leave that place along with Mishri.

So, another round of anxiety and mix-up will begin.

Yes they have a daughter.. Akhilesh thinks that ira died in accident.. But actually she was not... Pushpa gets heart attack after knowing that Akhileshs reversal surgery can't happen... & ira did drama of his surgery but actually she didn't performed any operation on him... Akhilesh blames ira & gets furious at her because she was responsible for pushpas heart attack...but ira didn't tell him about artificial insemination she did by using his sample because his sample was 10 years old & the chances of getting pregnant was very less & she gets to know that she is pregnant after pushpas heart attack
