Why can't Zara work

What I don't get is Zara is an educated woman, why would she make a statement like "I'll beg but I won't take money from my FIL or father", she can easily take up a job and feed herself if her husband can't feed her. Would that not be a bigger insult to Kabeer than begging? That would be true woman empowerment, this entire begging nonsense is OTT, it's ridiculous, the makers keep disappointing with such tracks, we have had enough of Zara proving her love again and again, I want the tables to turn and Kabeer to prove his love, if he has ever loved her, he keeps harping about his beintaha love but all we get to see is this one sided love and sacrifice by the FL.
Please this is not only painful to watch but makes a mockery of your entire theme, get Zara a job please!!! That should wake Nayab Kazi up! Because to get a job you need an education which nayab doesn't have!

Agreed. She should just get a job. Especially now that she still decides to stay with Kabeer after he insults her by bringing her to beg for food, to show tht he doesn't care, she can't back down. At least now that she will stay in the house but to still fight against Shahbaz's doings she should get herself a job.


Also do they not have to go to work on their projects for the young men and women anymore? I mean that is where this whole fight started from. And now the story has gone a completely different way without coming back to where it started. At least they will still have to go to work and work in the same office. They don't even show that.

Exactly but I guess the makers wanted to show her saying she will beg will be a bigger insult than she getting a job to feed herself. She already works at the sharia board so her getting a job wouldn't have been an insult to the Ahmed's. Zara an educated woman should have got herself a job first and than she should have decided to bring out shahbazs truth rather than doing the gareebi ka drama even though her heart is in the right place.

Kabeers character is beyond redemption for me now, he has stooped so low that even if he realizes his mistake and apologizes( for thr nth time), Zara should not forgive him, because no man should stoop to such a level to teach anyone, leave alone his own wife a lesson, that was heartless!
