How is that an issue ? Its not a crime to reject people who do not meet ur company requirements. He wanted to work with them and they didn't require him so they told him the truth. Atleast its better than wasting his time when eventually they had no job available for him. At the end Ayushmann found YRF if not Dharma.
It's a question of ethics, it's like a company that only hires only white people, or company that hires only men, or company that hires <insert variable>, Kjo's variable is bollywood kids, this is no different to the ancient caste system which prevented people from a profession cause they were not "insiders", it's the discriminatory nature of it that people are criticising. Yes, it's his money, but he's also a massive bellend as well, and we will continue to critique him.
