movie release nahi huwi because they changed the whole script after Priya became viral. Ayehi kiya baat kar rahi ho😆.

Anyways I agree with your original point, that this nepotism debate in itself is stupid because we audience ourselves don't do anything about it. And lets be honest, nobody, I mean nobody(well maybe few) in this forum is actually against nepotism. It is all hidden agenda for posters, I mean when you have fans of Sonam, Varun, Ranbir and so on, going anti nepotism chants, it just gets hilarious.

And why the beef against Tiger😆, he actually has established an actual fan base in masses unlike the likes of Arjun and Sonam.😆

Why does everybody wants to prove him a point. This is when he is not even one of the most powerful producers out there. His movies are general budgeted movies. The actors and fans collectively make KJo who he is by attaching so much significance to him. Of course he himself tries his best to stay in limelight by connecting to everything successful but it is a two way thing, since the other parties also feel overwhelmed. 😆

You know season's flavor chasers only like to rub shoulders with the new champions (and powerful people), but when the flavor chaser comes to you, you feel you have arrived, that's why he's giving you bhav. Kjo's attention is like an attestation that you are an A-leaguer now... so everyone secretly seeks validation from him.

I am sure it some sort of validation for stars like Anushka and Ranveer to get cast in KJo's directorials and see him talking about their talent 😆

Ikr... KWK is still some kind of prestigious thing. Earlier it used to be fun because none of us knew how the celebs behaved off screen doing the goofy things. Now every Tom dick and Harry YouTube channels have biggest celebs trying to be funny. They are omnipresent. 😆
I stopped watching the show but I'm pretty sure a lot of them still say things like it is an honor to be a part of this show. 😆

I have to agree with you here. The sapoles go on getting several chances. Imagine an outsider delivering mediocre performances in Baaghi. I'm sure there would have been no Baaghi 2 0r 3 for that actor for sure, not to mention the easy access these star kids have. Nepotism will continue to exist as long as the audiencegive the star kids' movies a profitable run.

But it is heartening to see that times are changing slowly but steadily. Recent years have been surprisingly good for content-driven cinemas and outsiders too. Hope a better sense will prevail among the audience and the trend will continue and grow.

And I will not be watching Priya Warrier'sfilm because of the language barrier.

if Vidyut Jamaal can get Commando 2, despite being a below average actor and giving a average grossing Commando.
Than Tiger's Baaghi was a clean hit(obviously conspiracy theorist will come with Baaghi being under sold and so on).

Tiger is a star, and him getting chances is not something blasphemy, as he is actually unique and can do things which isn't that easily available.

I was about to say KJo is like that snobbish award or trophy. Nahi mila toh bakwaas, mil gaya toh it is like, aakhir usko aane hi pada hamaare pass. But socha, it would look like some objectification so refrained. And also he produces movies so that is an added advantage, he can give you hefty budgets with ott marketing.

Haan, I haven't watched but heard Laila Majnu is a decent flick. But none of us will care enough to go watch it in a theater, unless it would have gotten exceptional, out of the world kind of reviews. 😆

I will laugh at the face of the forum if they take Laila Majnu as an example of nepotism's ill.
Because you know what was the majority reaction of the forum when its trailer was released??
''Oh god didn't they get anyone, these two are so ugly''.😆
Bhumi, who actually has an very good track record for an outsider is hated in the forum while the annoyingly over hyped Kriti Sanon is seen as some super star stopped by Alia😆.

Even Ayushmann isn't that greatly regarded, because let me put Ayyshmann against the few forum fabs, and than you will see the rang😆.
