Nothing from bw.

A few years ago, my friends were watching this movie of John cusack.. in the movie, he was a very respected member of the community.. loved by everyone.. at first glance it didn't look like this movie is anything special.. I mean I remember nothing happened for first 15 mins.. then it shows him having cup of noddles and eating his dinner very quietly as he is watching tv and laughing at a comedy show. Then the camera moves and it shows a girl tied.. in the ground.. beaten and raped.. tied in chins.. that image got me..

It turned out that he was a serial rapist and killer.. the name of the movie is frozen ground.. it's based on true story.. and he played the real life serial killer.. Robert Hansen. That movie just made me very uneasy and insecured for my female family members.

Yeah. Nothing like having an old friend for dinner. That line sent shivers down my spine. 🤢

Rosemary's baby was quite unsettling for me too. Specially after knowing how the director himself is a rapist

As a child, I was quite terrified with these three.

1) Dushman
2) Sangharsh
3) Final Destination (Which triggered OCD in me)

Dushman and Final Destination still give me nightmares...

Recently

1) NH10
2) Ugly
3) Pihu
4) Talaash Last scene where Kareena as a ghost is seen sitting in the backseat of the car...

I will add more when i remember...

Nice topic btw...👍🏼

Ugly did to me, as a Mother, what Dushman did to me as a young girl.
Both left me so scared of what can happen. They gave me shivers just like reading about the Nirbhaya or Aarushi cases did.

The rape scenes in Damini and this Akshay Kumar movie called Khatta Meetha also disturbed me very much. In the latter, AK's sister is married off to some politician who, to take revenge, uses her as some sort of an entertainment for all his political guests. It was sickening.

Alia and Randeep's stories in Highway also disturbed me extremely.

Aamir (the film starring Rajeev Khandelwal)

It was so damn scary. It looked very real. As if this could happen to you.

Mystic River
Grand Torino
Million Dollar Baby

All Clint eastwood directed movies . I find them dark , depressing with some graphic violent scenes that I just cannot erase out of mind . Very disturbing .

Requim for a Dream - anybody who ever wishes to dabble in chemical drugs ahould see this movie
