They shifted to London na.. wapas kyu aaya? Randomly shifted back or there was a reason which I missed?

there was one monologue of kunal saying me wapas nai aana chahta tha but kuch majburi thi

but makers have conveniently forgotten this or maybe they use it in future...

Maybe his work permit had expired And he didn't get permanent residency so he had to come back to India...or maybe nannies and child Care for pari are very expensive in USA so he had to come back 😆

I just assumed he returned because he couldn't practice medicine here since there is no way he would have gotten his license in 6 years. 👏👏the man is a terrible doctor.

I don't know if they ever gave a reason why he returned. They never explained how he is back in the old apartment either. They didn't own it right? I believe Nandu was renting.

But of course, nothing has to make sense...
