Trailer was so outdated and boring. Don't thing tactics like this will work. Social media hype and reality are two different things. Don't feel Ranveer Singh has in him for not larger than life movies. He is strictly average in them.

@Bold - BM and Padmaavat?? All his hits have had him in larger than life roles only. He could have played this all showy like Khilji but he hasn't. He is subdued here and not hamming which is great IMO since with a director like Rohit it can come off as OTT, but well to each his own.

The response to the trailer was worrying on youtube and twitter. Maybe they want most of the tickets sold out in advance before reviews can do any damage

The advance booking tweet came out quite soon after the trailer release even before they could adjudge the response.

Everyone has different strategy to sell their products. Its weird how people are jumping into conclusion without knowing if this strategy is successful or not. Ranveer has huge buzz right now. Its actually a good move to cater on this before it subsides.
