I'm amazed at how Surbhi's bumping into, showing the middle finger to, or bashing Sree is highlighted to conceal & negate the fact that he passed an unsavory remark on her alluding to prostitutes. Nobody is disagreeing that Surbhi was acting like a loony bin escapee, yet it did not warrant what Sree said.

Diversion arguments aren't going to work because the fact of the matter is "11 pm ke baad" is the operative line here. It can't be justified with -
-He has an articulation problem.
-It was unintentional.
-Surbhi deserved it.
-He meant people at the station who shout and scream.

It's common knowledge what "11 baje ke baad khadi hoti hai" means. It was clearly intended whether one wants to acknowledge it or not. Cite Sree's articulation problem even then the 11 PM insinuation was avoidable. Dipika must be an innocent, unaware kid who believed Sree ka woh matlab nahi tha. Clearly, I don't possess such superpower.

Surbhi would've learned her lesson for violating Sree's personal space but Sree totally ruined it yet again by acting like a tool and surpassing Surbhi's crassness.

Deepika didn't support his 11 pm remark in any way at any point of time. In fact, Deepika, Jas and Megha all reprimanded him.
I don't remember what he said clearly in bathroom area, but if he is linking Surabhi's low talk to that of 11 pm girls, it's passable though avoidable because then it becomes characterisation of action and not person.

EDIT: with more video evidence, I am confident to say that though Sree could have avoided this but isn't entirely wrong in starting what he did.

Dipika is either wilfully blind . Im not buying that she's naive enough to take everything Sree says to defend himself at face value.
This season is trash btw. That's all I have to say about the comments made by Sreesanth.

It's simple really. Pull out a dictionary and look up what prostitute means. And then look back and think whether Surbhi has ever done or said anything on this show to even remotely entitle anyone to refer to her as such.

And I'm appalled at all the 'she deserves it' or 'asked for it'. Why does she deserve it? Because she acted like an abusive crazy and invaded Sree's personal space? Phir Sree must also deserve someone calling him that - because he too has behaved like an abusive crazy and invaded people's personal space - more than once. Or because she provoked him? Cool - lets start calling everyone who provokes you a wh**e.

He explained to his behen that he didn't mean it - that it was unintentional - and she's cool with that explanation. Too bad she didn't think Deepak's comment was unintentional - she thought that was inexcusable even if it was indeed, unintentional.

I toh think she must possess some superior brain cells, and a level of empathy and understanding that I cannot hope to possess - because I'm not cool with it and I certainly do not buy any of Sree's staples here - heat of the moment, unintentional, language problem, and the rest of his tokri of bahane. There's no redeeming this guy - Jagga category hain yeh. And Dipika is no naive innocent - she wilfully supports this guy.

Such an easy cop out for a man to accuse a girl and insinuate she's a prostitute but nobody asked Shree why he was frequenting Juhu station at 11PM when he has a family at home. He not only s**t shamed Surbhi but also shamed street workers who already have a hard life to cope with not to mention his way of thinking that any girl who is out after 11PM is a prostitute. A huge slap to all call center, night shift workers.

If I think about characterization of action. I don't see how Surbhi is behaving like those 11 PM girls insinuation is any better or Surbhi talks like those 11 PM girls. Like we can twist and understand it any way we want but it doesn't make it any less problematic.
Megha was the only one who reprimanded him firmly. Jasleen, on the other hand, was more bothered with KVBs support for Surbhi.
