The morning came after was blissful for the two lovebirds, it is still very early,the morning rays are peeking from the dark sky. Shaurya is still sleeping peacefully,his right arm securely around her stomach as if Daddy Khanna is already showing how much he gonna adore their new found happiness. He will surely be a great father Mehak thought with a broadest smile.Mehak gently caressed his face lovingly.''you look cute while sleeping 'she whispered kissing his cheeks lightly.

She was playing with the buttons of his shirt covered her delicate body.Time surely flies,they complete 4 years of togetherness yesterday but it seems there first meet was yesterday.their first meet was so vivid that she still remember the whole scenario and force her to chuckle,her husband is such a baby and and now he is going to have a baby.

~Flashback~

The first meet...5 years earlier was the first time they met each other. It was Saturday night and most of the interns were off for the duty today as one of their close friend is getting engaged tonight and she too need to join them in a bit. She was trying to wrap up the final visit to the general ward where she was assigned for this month before leaving the hospital. After the check up she collect her belongings and was ready to left when suddenly the head nurse Reeta ji came to her huffing.

'Doctor please there is one patient who needs this special attention,he is just not willing to let the nurses touch his wounds.''

Mehak glances her watch for once,she is really late but her professions came first so she ask her her-is he that serious?

When she entered the ward she witness a completely different scenario,Some guy probably in his early twenties making every other nurses and wardboys to surround him and continuously shouting for not curing him well.

'Excuse me sir, show me the wound?Let me help you.''

'Are you the Doc??''

It won't pain naa??you sure??i'm gonna complain to the management if anything happened to me.-He threaten her openly.

Is he blind, of course I'm the doctor Mehak thought. 'Yes sir I'm the doctor,tell me is it paining bad already,or bleeds??-already being annoyed with his tantrums Mehak tried to keep herself calm as she know how to treat the adamants like him.

Show me the cut I will clean it and bandaged it quickly,sister please bring the first aid kit.she requested the nurse and dismissed the rest group to join their respective jobs.

The nurse came after a few minutes and left after handling the Kit to Mehak.

Here,after a great difficulty he turned around... towards her, gently pulled over his sleeves up of right arm and show her the supposed Big Wound.

What?mehak was shocked.You are doing all this drama over this small cut,like really??Mehak want to scream out of irritation,but composed herself quickly.

Mehak gently cleaned his cut with an antiseptic,apply cream then bandaged it.

''Sir,how did you get the cut?''Mehak asked him.

'Well I was working and accidently I got hit by an iron nail''-the guy replied.

''Oh!then I need to give you the Tetanus??wait!''-Mehak told him before standing from her seat.

''What? Are you crazy??the guy jumped over his seat.'I'm not going to taking any injections ,you are conspiring against me ,for this small cut you want to give me the injection.-he literally shouts over her head.Do you know who I am.i'm Shaurya khanna.and you are treating me like I'm some beast and you want to take revenge''.

Look Mr.Khanna.Shut up and sit there quietly,Mehak finally shouts back. Shaurya was taken aback but stand adamantly.

Look Mr.Khanna we have many patients here who are in more need of my attention, you are not here to be pampered by me.i'm telling you what is best for you.so now don't make me angrier.Go and sit there quietly,I will come back in a while.Even the two old toddlers behaved better than you.she taunted him.

He quietly sat there grumpily.Mehak came back with the injections and ask him to show his hand,when he refused she hold his wrist tightly and assured him with a smile,it won't pain Mr. Khanna while he was lost in her smile she push the injection and after a while he cried again and rub where she pushed the injection.

Mehak stand up from his bed and watching him intently.His face is showing the emotions mixed with anger and fear, more preferably the anger. She found him cute ...annoyingly cute.

Mehak chuckled hard seeing that face and unknowingly her trance broke with Shaurya calling her name.She was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't know that her dearest annoyingly cute hubby is wide awake maybe coz of her chuckling.

'You wake?''

What happened??why are you chucking??he asked with curious gaze.

'Nothing,just remembering how brave my husband is and how is never ever feel dreaded with the mere sound of injection''.she tease him.

Shaurya is embarrassed and whenever Mehek reminded him their first meet, he feel more embarrassed as the one who once feared the name of doctors and injections is now husband of a woman who only loves hospital and injection.

''Stop teasing me,''shaurya warned her.

''Warna??''Mehak asked him with raised brow.

''Warna I will not tell you what I have for you as our anniversary.''

'Hey that's not fair''. He didn't reply he just pecked her pouted lips and left for washroom.
