Second thing- guddan pointing at aj's mistakes only to make him realise his mistakes..but guddan sab ke saamne kehne se ego tho hurt huyi..banda ne keys de diya..also guddu messy way hi sahi she has successfully completed kc and diwali responsibilities as saas.now its time to clean the mess at home and set things straight ..ab biwi agayi tho keys tho biwi ke paas hi tho honi chahiye.ladne do dono ko jitna ladna ladne do...im sure guddu mistakes karke seekegi end mai successful bi hogi..

Considering Guddu's characterization till now it isn't odd.

She has always been impulsive & she had alot going on inside her at the moment,

i believe this scene may not have occurred if siddi had fallen before the raddi-wala kand

As this has induced something new in her which she is unable to explain.

Her crush on AJ has somewhere deepened into obsession. She has started adopting his habits.

Since AJ has got her home, he became her point of focus for the whole day.

She kept "chupke chupke" looking at him during pooja,

She reminded Durga not to loose AJ's trust.

Made AJ sit wit her & make a rangoli.

& then when he was reading book during celebration, it somewhere pricked her. His "sanyas" bothers her.

Then pervy's pervy talk regarding her sister & realization that this guy has reached her home.

Then she saw a pareshan siddhi who tried to talk her heart out to AJ but didn't due to his mood.

Then with accusations on her somewhere this thing kept playing in her mind in a loop that whatever happened, pervy is directly responsible & AJ could have stopped it had he listened.

Then with AJ's support she felt, "this man had the capability to stop all this from happening but he didn't & now when this has happened & all are blaming me, he has come with his support"

& in this situation his support is looking like a "ehsan" to her.

& so after the incident, at the 1st chance she got to be alone with AJ she started to blurt out her "bharas" as for a character like Guddu its really tough to keep this much "bharas" inside since so much is going inside her.

To make the process easier, she decided to imagine him as 'chutki'

there are certain people, when triggered their outbursts come out "comical" but to the one at whom it is directed, does feel the pinch like here AJ felt it !

Regarding thanking AJ, there was no way AJ was not going to support Guddu over Pervy especially when AJ knows Pervy's nature. & Guddu knows this very well.

& to show otherwise, that is, him supporting Pervy over Guddu is against AJ's character & dignity.

So why should we expect Guddu be grateful & thank AJ for being AJ & maintaining his character ?

especially when even Guddu knows how great AJ's personality & character is !

Naah naaah! My point is different. You are tortally right this is much expected from guddu . I was just saying ki they( writers) should not have placed this scene just after that siddhi paralysis thing. There is family member in this tough situation and everyone is indulging in this forgetting that instantly. But like someone said above, serial hai bhai.

Something like "3 idiots" there too situations were made such some of the grimmest situations turned out comical. No scene was heavy for long.
