Karishma is laughing and it's not even clear if what she's telling Kareena is about cleaning her nose or not. We are assuming so because Kareena starts touching her nose after that. What makes the video ripe for gossip is that Kareena looks like she's avoiding the camera and goes back inside. None of this means drugs and snorting. I mean maybe she had a stubborn booger and needed to do inside and just stick her finger in there 😆.
