How long has Sherlyn been pregnant?

I watched the episode where she went to a doctor to get an abortion but that was ages ago. I read somewhere that no one knows she's pregnant yet. What the ...? Is she still engaged? Like what is happening? I feel like she's been pregnant for a year or something.

In KB world only a couple of days have passed.. it's in an alternate universe where it takes 1000000000000000 hours to complete a day.

In bhagya world, human pregnancy period are double/triple times more than elephant's pregnancy period

In Indian TV world all are modern Gandhari's when it comes to pregnancy. Tanu in KB took like one and half years before she aborted. And there hardly was any pregnancy bump at all to speak off all those months. Go figure.

Akash's girlfriend in Kumkum Bhagya was also pregnant for the longest time before she finally gave birth. And Kuhu in Naagin 3 has been pregnant ever since the start of the show but is still pregnant and not yet given birth.

Sherlyn is pregnant probably since last 1000 years. I don't understand how long can a girl stay pregnant.
