Firstly , how enthusiastic are the Basu's about dancing , the basically have an in-house DJ ?
I have always adored the camaraderie between the Basu family , more than the Sharma family (mainly because of Suman) . They are a great example of dysfunctional people who love each other greatly , and are one great team .❤️
Mohini might have a special corner for Anurag ( I totally see where this comes from ) but she genuinely cares and loves her other children. Her smile on seeing Nivedita and Anupam dancing says it all .
Just gonna say , she ships them too .😆😉
Nivedita and Anupam , I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have such a history.
Nivedita truly loved anupam once , however he lost her when he chose money over her . I guess anupam regrets the fact that he lost in her the process.
I really felt bad for her , she may be an iceberg , but she is a broken iceberg , waiting to be fixed (only to be let down ).
You dont know what you have until you have lost it , he realizes he loves Nivedita only after he has lost her .
Truly tragic , I want to see anupam gain nivedita's love and trust . 😭
She truly is inspired by prerna . Mohini , I guess , isnt aware of the shoe-loving incident of her brother and prerna.🤣

Now, coming to the major highlight of the show .
Anurag Basu has reached the denial stage .

Anurag seemed a bit lost in the beginning of the show , but he too was happy to see his sister with the brother-in-law.
Sid notices the look of pure agony , hatred and helpless on his friends face . He is probably eating his words ( way back he said anurag can be with anyone but prerna ) . Thank god , his mom noticed anurag's look to prerna on their mehendi. Like someone has eyes at least .
The way prerna keeps looking at anurag while dancing , its almost as if she is dancing with him .
That eye lock .
Anurag tries to walk away from his feelings (sid being love guru) but bumps into Madhuri ( the source of all the problems in his love's life )
Isnt it symbolic of how every time he tries to move away from prerna , he turns back to protect her from all problems ?

Each line , a contradiction to what we thought anurag basu is .
He himself said it , he isn that Anurag basu anymore , nor does he care about that .
The frustration , helpless , angst is so perfectly portrayed in anurag.
He is falling in love helplessly , hopelessly and irrevocably and he doesn't have the power to stop it .❤️
He is flooded by feelings , but he doesn't have time to decipher it , fort all he cares about is protecting about is protecting hisn people , those he cares about .
He is driven by this , and when sid questions his feelings , giving a perfect logical give away to these contradictory actions of his , those pangs of longing and jealousy .
He loses it , for the first time in his life .😲
The distraught look in his eyes to the understanding look in Sid's eyes .
When he pushes away sid , its almost as if he is pushing thee thoughts and feelings to the deep recess of his mind .
They reached an understanding , Anurag basu is swimming in the deep waters of the dangerous territory called love .
Who cares about the shanaya 's when you have a gem ?
He is angry and frustrated but he still cares what preen thinks , he doesn't want to tarnish her image .
He is frustrated that prerna thinks that he is doing bakwas, at the fact that she doesn't trust him .
At the fact that she is hesitant around him .
From being the person who felt uncomfortable when his sister felt something was going on between them to now being the anurag basu , who simply put doesn't care .
Anurag has travelled a long way .

These lines so simple , to the point , but oh-so-deep . The plethora off emotions behind these words , the connotations swells me up with so much joy t seein g them together .
This guy will fight the battles , for both of them combined Prerna isn't weak , but she is riddled with burdens of her family , which he will stand by her for .
I can write pages about how much I love these two , but I am simply going to wait and watch these two beautiful soulmates fight against all odds to find their way back home , to find their way to each other .
