I completely agree! No girl will be with someone who keeps calling her dumb or stupid. As a personal example, I was about to get engaged to a guy that I liked. However, he called me stupid a few times. I broke it off with him. If he is calling me stupid now, God knows what he will call me if I got married to him.
I am in Kerala now at my grandparents for my cousins wedding. Her boyfriend is doing his PhD and she is studying to be a cardiologist. What I find so cool about their relationship is how proud he is of her intelligence and her achievements.
What I have said from day 1 is that potraying an archaic ML is an insult to the India man of 2018. I know that's a generalisation. But a guy who is from the back ground of Anurag would be "new age.
I like Anurag - I really liked how the character started - but I fear these dialogues, his repeated obsession with Naveen Babu and his actions that ignore what Prerna is really going through. He is being portrayed as more obsessed with being right than anything else...obv one good episode will take me back to being into him again but right now ...not so much.
