She is really good at emoting and her dialogue delivery has improved tons and it's decently good. The major problem however is the flip flop behavior of the character and the dialogues which are horrible.

Prerna is way too underdeveloped as a character by cvs.

Prerna is worst character of kzk. But still eri is doing good job

They will improve Pre's character in future that is my only hope now...

Absolutely agree with you. I was so annoyed that they are letting Erica's talent go waste. She is such a brilliant performer and they have turned her character to that of a real dumb person. I too get the feeling that they are trying to glorify Anurag at the cost of Prerna's character in the show. It is just ridiculous & silly how the writers are portraying Prerna's character. Can't believe that EK had nothing better to offer Erica after waiting for almost 3 years to cast her in a show.
