^Dear I havent said dont DISCUSS it...I said that accent had been made as a such big deal here.. And I dont think many people really care about it!

Even if u look at bollywood actresses..they didnt have an accent when they're playing gals living in London like Kajol in DDLJ n Preity Zinta in JBJ!.It's not a big deal!

I agree. She is doing great job at it. I liked her. Try someone who is born and raised in UK to act in ramayana as sita. Trust me it will be complete diaster😆 so Div is doing great.

guys, i think when actors immerse themselves in a role and pick up all the nuances, expressions, mannerisms and even the language of the character they enact, it goes to show their breadth and versatility.
but that is the thing of oscars and it would be too much to expect from a serial actor who probably goes into a day's shooting without having the slightest clue of what they will be acting on that day.
so i will forgive divs for her faux accent but i would deduct points from her acting skills for not trying and learning this at the earliest.
can't she wear jeans, atleast????
