Just like Dhoom 3 did!

I just don't understand the bad reviews for this film, W*F were they expecting a storyline master piece? Even Pirates of the carribean didn't have the much of a story.

Enjoy it for what it is, a action films, mixed with a little comedy, based many many years ago.

Aamir was the star of the film, he was hilarious and the life of the film, loved the theme for him every time he appeared on screen, that theme song was kick ass

Amitabh was epic in each scene he had, the man carries so much charisma, untouchable.

Fatima had a meaty role, she was good throughout in all action scenes.

Katrina looked hot damn, but he role was limited, she literally had like 3 lines and 4 slaps.

The sets were amazing, the story COULD have been slightly better but it is what it is, and that is a good time pass movie. The critics and the reviews and just borderline pathetic. Haters gon hate.

Oh and 50 CR DAY ONE?! Amazing, biggest star in India is Aamir, Salman and Srk and not on his level, they're not even on the levels below him. 👏 This will go on to beat Dangal as the ATG inspite of the reviews, just like Dhoom 3 did.

Film is a solid 7/10. Watch IT folks, don't listen to the haters.

I don't know about the economics part but I don't get the sadistic pleasure people are drawing out of comparing it with other trashy films...TOH may not be a master piece but not a trashy film! And Aamir Khan is the best actor out there...There is not a single actor from his generation who can do Firangi and make it so convincing and enjoyable!

Apart from Aamir as Firangi, the movie didn't have anything special. It was okay in the first half but the second half was poor.

An Snr. was a miscast. Fatima was so weak and every time she opened her mouth, it'd be unintentionally hilarious. Katrina was there for the mid-riff. That dude who played Shanichar, I thought at least his character would bring something to the table, but nah.

They should have simply made a movie on Firangi (and Shanichar) and his escapades during the colonial era. Would have been hilarious.

What is the overall budget of the movie? Some media reports said it's 250cr and some say 300.. Is there any reliable source that reported the budget?

Yeah boi mentioned it somewhere. I wouldn't believe other articles who seem to have an agenda of increasing budget so even if it makes a lot they'll declare it a disaster.

But it's nowhere near 300. somewhere 220 I think or 225 maybe

Today it did 32-34 acc to boi so let's see how it sustains. It's not a big fall.

Enough with this nonsense about enjoy the film by leaving your brains behind shit. Of course it was going to make money. Any doubt? Not every film that makes money is entertaining or good. Yes 50cr because of the combined star power of AK, AB & Kat.

And no I am not a hater. I am fanning since his debut. I just don't like when Aamir does shitty films & then his fans justify shitty films!! Ugh!! Makes me so mad! I am cool if he chooses bad films...he is human...maybe he wanted to do a east fun film & act with AB...but why this whole what were you expecting a masterpiece'! If the film is bad, it is bad.
