It will be interesting if this happens. In precap Vikrant and his mom had a conversation like aapne woh kaam kar liya. So if Mahir did something like that, then striking the third eye will not have any effect on Bela. So their plain fails.

In the precap it was also shown that bella is romancing with mahir. I think bella is not going to do something like that if she wasn't under the influence, as she is a very conscious person. I think mahir massaging Bella's forehead had something to do with her third eye and that 24 hour time loop where she will listen to anything.
