How would nandini have died??any diagnosis??

This serial nandini how would nandini have died??i feel that she would have affected some diagnosed or something..because guys do u know what...?karwachauth time kunal had checked mauli is really pregnant or not..??i mean that mauli might have known that ..nandini have affected diagnosis. So mauli's friend doctor might have told about nandini . i feel that nandini suffered for while and died.i think .nandini has detected a high diagnosis..

She had a fight with kunal..ran on the road got hit by a vehicle and kunal was not available to rescue her..

May be she had complicated pregnancy just like KKHH but she went to concieve coz she knows howuch kunnu loved kids ..only ek ki jaan bach sakta tha..n she died

May be she died during pregnancy and didn't get a chance to be with her baby hence the curse of radhika became somewhat reliable..

Don't know when it will be revealed how she died.
