People want speedy justice for rape cases and punishments like castration and public execution, but the problem is that our law system is very corrupted. Lots of innocent people go behind the bars, and then you want them to get these barbarian punishments? There's a reason why District court, High court and Supreme court exists ; so that the accused gets a fair trial. Judicial system motto is 'Let a hundred guilty be acquitted, but one innocent should not be convicted'.
