Extra martial affairs are not good to happen in a marriage. Be it from whoever side.

I wish to share the story of my distant uncle I wont mention the name because he's now happily married with a family of his own.

After a few years in the marriage with a beautiful son my uncle discovered that his wife is cheating behind his back. Of course they divorced amicably having joint custody of their son. Now he is happy with his family. his second marriage is full of bliss... I wish the same for him.

But karma's a boomerang her second marriage failed and that her husband didn't even gave the custody of the child to her. I heard that it was a messy battle, don't know the result of it.

So why can't the writers of this show extra martial affairs with a touch of reality than his over the top drama. Why can't they think of themselves in this situation before writing such melodrama. Will you run after your spouse crying even after knowing he's cheating behind your back? Mauli is an independent woman and she could very well take care of herself. Of course relatives will be relatives, but Mauli should think of her own happiness too.

Divorce is still considered a taboo in India. And here the makers are trying to show lust as love. It's just an illusion which will break once the reality bites you hard.

A lot of EMA have karmic reprucussions. But they show themselves with time. I hope writer can do that. They can take a leap to show that. But show the karma biting back theory.

Here, in this case, I think I can't blame Mauli fully at this stage.

How much ever Mauli is strong, independent, her love for Kunal is true and it still exists, which can't vanish all of sudden. Yes, she knows Kunal cheated her. She was all angry, questioned him, want to move on and applied for the divorce, took out her anger and frustration on him too.

But, her inner heart still not ready to leave him, somewhere she believes or wishes that everything will turn right as before and it searches for one positive sign from him to give another chance for their relation.

She misunderstood that gift was from Kunal and b'day party preparations were from Kunal, plus the video message with his apologies. So she thought she will take a chance to save her marriage. That too I guess, she took that decision based on her love for Kunal, trust on her love for Kunal after all Kunal is not that bad earlier. So, she was ready for a second chance, but unfortunately, the things which she considered as a base for this second chance turned out to be false or just her misunderstandings, so she hit hard by the reality. Now, I think she will come to reality and take a wise decision. Even after this Mauli pins her hopes on Kunal, then it is worth to say, hope not.

This is reality.

My own aunt(father's elder sister)was married in a neighbouring state to a very educated man who even holded a government job at that time in a very good position.they had 3 children all within age of 10yrs.the man fell in a relationship with another woman at his workplace ND had to marry her because she became pregnant at that time.so my aunt had to move to her home back to his elder brother's house.bt have to leave from there as his wife told her that she will not be able to take care of her 3children when she had her own to take care for her.my aunt then got back to her husband's house .her mother in law supported her fully ND took charge of my aunt's elder daughter to her own home away from them.my aunt lived there with her two other children in her husband's house with his second wife.nd she left the house the very day when her elder daughter got a job ND bought a house for the 4of them.

ND now saying about her husband he is living happily with his second wife ND family.when I was a child I met him many times (at that time I didn't knew about all these).but what I have seen him ND known him,is he is a very good person.he loved me very much .bt after knowing these all now ii don'that him I just lost my respect for him.nd last but not the least my aunt is too living a very good life with her children.

i second u.mouli loves kunal very much.thats why she ready to give him a second chance but he doesnt deserve it😡😡

In reality, it is truly difficult to look past your first love, which is what Kunal is to Mauli. The "reality" I disagree with is Kunal being able to easily look past his first love, and call his feelings for Nandini "love". They barely know each other, their only similar interests are in food perhaps, is that all a person needs to know to fall in love with someone?

I do think Mauli's reactions are being shown very realistically, but what I find unreasonable is Kunal's outburst at Mauli and his overwhelming love and concern for Nandini. I also don't understand how any of Nandini's actions are justified - I don't care if she planned Mauli's birthday party, I don't care if she dearly loves Mauli, she ultimately played an equal role in spoiling Mauli's marriage, how can that possibly be justified?!?

I hope this really was the last straw for Mauli and that going forward she will not give Kunal any more chances. She needs to put her foot down and make a decision for that's best for herself and her child. Everyone else does not matter - Kunal and Nandini sure as hell don't matter, and quite frankly, Kunal's mom and Dida don't matter either. They are both on Kunal's team, no matter how much they try to portray otherwise and I am certain that if Mauli walks out of this family, they will accept Kunal and Nandini.

These are true stories of 2 of my neighbours

1st one married with 3 kids husband had an EMA and abandoned her and went off to live with the other woman. She lost everything including the house and was on social security benefits as she was a housewife. She still kept wanting her husband back and would be fasting and praying but he didn't care. Finally after a couple of years later she managed to get back on her feet found a job and was getting on with her life when guess what the husband comes crawling back . He couldn't afford the other woman anymore was broke and had nothing. Her eldest 2 kids didn't want anything to do do with him and wanted her to kick him out. She still took him back but after a couple of weeks she kicked him out as she felt nothing for him and she felt like a stranger was living with her... No hate no anger just no feelings at all.

My other neighbour's husband had a white girlfriend but due to family reasons he got married to her as she is from the same country religion etc. My poor neighbour did not know all this and she only found out after 3 kids. The husband kept his relationship with his white girlfriend has a kid with her and at the same time having kids with the desi lady as well. My neighbour still lives with her husband and the other woman who you would think would be outraged as she is from a western background also accepted this time share that he does!!! Both women know about each other and have just accepted their situation!!! What do you say to that??

Moral of the story I should move away from this neighbourhood!

I read the update of today's episode - these ladies are STILL encouraging Mauli to win Kunal back DESPITE slapping Kunal to tell him that he has no right over Mauli!

Who is writing this inconsistent garbage? Kahin toh seedhi baat karo yaar... how can one person stand for two polar opposite beliefs at the same time?!
