Surbhi openly exposed Sreesanth's game and the way he was talking to her, is this his respect fro women. Why is he openly not confronting Diika, he is afraid of a STRONG WOMAN like Dipika who won't break down because of his and his sidekick Srishty's groupism.

Surbhi knew how Sreesanth did not wanted to help Dipika and did not complete his kilometres.

She knew how Romil and Deepak are betraying her by not giving her enough carrots which is why she supported Dipika and was on the treadmill for quite a long time despite her hating Dipika. Surbhi also kept her integrity by informing Dipika how the housemates her stealing her carrots, Surbhi did not keep Dipika in the dark and kept her aware of what is happening.

Surbhi did not follow the herd mentality and did realize how Deepak will always prefer Romil over her and even Romil is revealing his true colours by trying to remove Surbhi from his boys group.

Did surbhi inform dips about stealing in episode ?

Yeah she did because she told Dipika how she should be careful next time and should not leave her position.She also counted how many carrots are left in the basket.
