outside sharia board in presnce of other members and reporters Ruku asks Zara that is it justified nthat a shohar gives talaq to biwi when she does not want it / is against it ?? why is she not fighting for Ruku's rights as a woman ?? Where are zara's ideals about women's rights ?? why does Zara discriminate against her in particular ?? being sharia board member for women's rights is it not her duty to fight for Ruku's rights too ??

in the next scene..kabir is standing in witness box he states thtit is a ruke that nikah done with some maqsad in mind was not legal .. he does not want to carry on his wedding to Ruku as her life was saved not his maqsad achieved .. but a of now he does not have any egal reason to give talaq to Ruku .
