this is i posted in other thread - pasting that answer here..

Unles they show it happened after the Bhang episode and he does not rememberbut that would be so not like Mauli. Let's see how they explain this

this is biggest possibility --

and mouli has no reason to say no at that time--

now if mouli gets pregnant then kunal going to doubt mouli character also ..and it will add more drama to serial [ this same track happened in serial - punar vivah - where gurmeet dose not know what happened between them but krutika gets pregnant afterwards..]

1. Mauli's has been pregnant for a long time but she had no symptoms or she clearly turned blind eye to it. Her contraception failed. As a gynec doctor that would a serious thing to not realize the basic symptoms at all.

2. She and Kunal did it after she removed contraception and told Kunal about it. Kunal might not even remember it under some drug influence. That's an awful thing to even think about. Imagine having sex and not remembering it at all. If that's not the case, that would make Kunal two-timing with both the ladies.

3. She used artificial insemination that would make her crazy and wrong to a great extent.

4. Makers might fail science and invoke mantra which made Mauli pregnant on Nandinivs wish.

5. Mauli isn't pregnant, dida is faking it, her severe hangover has similar symptoms as of pregnancy with added symptoms of missing a period due to some other reason (miniscule or grave). But if Mauli falls for the faking thing, then she is as stupid doctor as Kunal in this era.

False pregnancy was a thing in the past in medieval times, when some women would have all symptoms of pregnancy but were not actually pregnant. Bloody Mary of England (sister of Queen Elizabeth the first had false pregnancy where she mistook her menopause as pregnancy since she so wanted to be a mother). But now a days, there are sonograms and ultrasound to detect that so false pregnancy symptoms don't last for long, even if there are any.

So, if Mauli falls for it completely, then good job makers ruining one more of your character.

Hope she isn't pregnant. Let Nandini be pregnant and prove how reproduction works in reality since I doubt if even they used contraception of any form.

Hmmm...Why can't Mauli be pregnant?

As far as the show goes Mauli and Kunal were shown as a very romantic and passionate couple. So assuming that they had an active sex life it is very much possible that Mauli got pregnant and the symptoms are showing now.

Don't go by the number of episodes aired ...because in TV world there are times where a week's episodes equals one day...So just because Kunal started lusting over Nandini ever since the rain dance in July (I guess 😕) doesn't mean that it's been 3 months on the show as well.

Anyways Desi shows are known to kill logic and science...just for the heck of it. But if you go by science...It takes some where between a few minutes to almost 5 days after sex for conception to occur. Once the conception or fertilization occurs it takes about 5-15 days for implantation to occur. And and commonly 2-4 weeks for pregnancy symptoms to show.

So technically and logically it is quite possible for Mauli to be pregnant. Like Gynaecs says - Pregnancy can be a tricky business 😉

They'll go in flashback to show us their deed... anyways Kunal is butchered badly so now making him look twofold timer will not do any further damage to his character...makers just want to make nandu look Savitri bechari dukhiyari so they will butcher Kunal more and more
