Why can't they just close voting lines

Honestly speaking, Bigg Boss should close the voting lines if they do not want to evict someone out of the house. Why are they wasting the money of audience and if they have nominated KV and Neha, then they better evict one of them because I really want to see an unexpected elimination. There is never anything unexpected in people getting eliminated, but I do not want Bigg Boss to decide who they want to keep and who they want to evict. They should really take voting into consideration as audience have spent their money in it, why fool them if they do not intend to evict anyone.
