This is HUGE for Tanushree Dutta. So a complaint WAS filed in 2008 unlike the 'scripts' people are behind.

CINTAA is the cine and TV artists association in Mumbai and the trade union that looks after the rights and welfare of the members of the entertainment industry.

Glad that they have come forth and accepted there were lapses in handling the complaint. Now Tanushree should file a fresh complaint instead of chasing hastags.
