Nancy is shocked to discover that her taxi driver is none other than Shivaye himself and he threatens to take her to jail straightaway .. and not to the airport as she demanded .
at Magic show Mohit is all ready to escape from the country by his disappearing act .
OmRu decide to keep close watch on his activities .
entire Oberois family is watching the magic .
Jadugar Taj is beginning the act , OmRu decide to call up Shivaye but he remains out of reach .
Mohit's trick fails ..as he fails to perform the dissapearing act ... the huge audience questions him ...

he announces on stage that what Jadugar Taj was doing was not magic but shady acts of fooling people ...even MSA could perform such tricks ... MSA then removes his disguise to reveal himself ..as Shivaye .

shivaye reveals how his good friend Mohit and Nancy plotted together to get him arrested in the murder of mrs Malhotra .
the girl who was killed that night was Mrs Priya malhotra who was Mohit's real wife .. while Nancy was just his assistance in Magic . He destroyed all the CCTVs at OM so that he could carry out his activities without any one watching him .
they plotted that nancy would try to seduce Shivaye .
shivaye asks nancy to reveal the entire messed up story ... how Mohit drugged the entire Oberoi family to carry out his actions .

then SHivaye disguised as MSA and hunted for clues . he over heard Mohit transferring Priya's property to his name . he then saw Nancy alive .he realized how his best friend plotted against him .
he then decides to find out the BOSS who was the master mind behind Mohit and Nancy
