Aren't GD ladies supposed to be the greatest of friends? Ffs they interfere in each other's private lives on a daily basis be it from the most frivolous to the most intimate matters of the couples. So them asking Jetha about her return was ridiculous to hear. On top of that they have smartphones video calling etc. I should have thought they'd have a WhatsApp group called Mahila Mandal of GD. 😆 and call each other aimlessly and talk endlessly about the goings-on in their lives. Even Tappu never spoke to her grandma on phone in all these years which is so weird.

GD ladies are shown extremely regressive. They have no life apart from their husbands or children or shopping.

Why is Madhavi borrowing money from Bhide to pay her fine ? She is the only one who is earning so why can't it be shown that she is paying and not her husband. But I guess in TMKOC ladies are living in 50s

They try to potray Babita as very intelligent and worldly person but in the end she appears as the most selfish wife who has no life but just spend her husband's money in shopping and who is dumb and stupid enough to not understand that another man is flirting with her !

Being a homemaker is not regressive at all. Its only TMKOC that presents the ladies that way. Most housewives save money. In almost every household the women handle the monthly budget and therefore they have enough money to tackle such situations. In a real life situation it would have been Bhide who would have borrowed money from his wife. In the little world of TMKOC women are 'agyakari nariyaan' who would let their husband decide their fate.

Its time they do something about Anjali and Babita. Anjali should start writing blogs about healthy food while Babita can start doing some social work. Watching these two aimless women is just too annoying.
