OBVIOUSLY ITS AN INVALID MARRIAGE... GUYS CELEBRATE...

KABEER IS KEEPING IT BCOZ... HE DON'T WANT THE PLAN TO BE MESSED...

I ALSO DIDN'T WATCH THE EPISODE BUT READ THE WRITTEN UPDATE...

15 DAYS BACK THEY FOUND THE CCTV FOOTAGE OF HAMDAN MURDER...

HAMDAN TOOK HER OUT FEW DAYS BACK FOR CRUISE AFTER INFORMING HIS PARENTS ...THERE HE TRIED TO KILL HER IT MEANS NO DIVORCE... A WOMEN IN IDDHA WILL NOT BE TAKEN OUT OF THE HOUSE.

THE MURDER INCIDENT HAPPENED IN THE DESERT... SO NO IDDHA PERIOD OBSERVED DURING THAT TIME OF HAMDAN DEATH. NO KHULA OR NO TALAQ... HAS HAPPENED...

THESE 2 FACTORS CONFIRMS ... RUKSAR IS HUMDAN'S WIDOW WIFE.

THE IDDHA PERIOD IS NOT COMPLETED FOR A WIDOW... BCOZ THERE WAS NO SUFFICIENT TIME.

KABEER SAYING TO RUKSAR THAT HE KNOWS THE REASON... WHY FARHAN DON'T WANT TO HELP RUKSAR AND WHY HE WANTS RUKSAR TO BE EXECUTED.

BCOZ DURING THE DEATH OF HAMDAN RUKSAR WAS HIS WIFE. NO DIVORCE HAPPENED.

RUKSAR HOLDS RIGHTS ON HAMDAN ESTATES SO HE WANT ALL OF HAMDAN SHARES FOR HIMSELF.

IT MEANS ... HER DIVORCE CLAIM AND 3 MONTHS 10 DAYS IDDHA BECOME INVALID.

Missed another point?? May be Farhan has plan B, if his plan A of Ruksar getting death sentence fails.. plan B could be that if Ruksar gets remarried then even if she is set free from jail, she can't claim rights on property/shares or insurance of Hamdaan..😃

Firstly if police found CCTV footage only some 15 days back in some isolated desert, then when did Ruksar actually kill Hamdaan? 😕 It means till 15 days back before police arrested her Ruksar was a free bird in Dubai and hence Nilofer or Zeenat might have been in touch with Ruksar updating her of all Lucknow & Ahmad house happenings. 🤔

Kabeer asked her she said that she don't want to be traced by Police through her mobile...

See in islam there is a Law. If the women remains as a wife during the death of the Husband. Then she hold rights on husband properties whether she have child or not or even if she re-marry some one else.

At the time of death of Handam she was his wife. Case closed. Now she holds rights in Hamdan estates.

Thats why Hamdan Parents and Farhan hell bent in getting Ruksar executed.

More Over Ruksar may be Lying that Hamdan was beating her and torturing her. So he informed his parents and took her to cruise. That's again strange point. Hamdan might have tried to work out his marriage in some way. Ruksar knowing Zara and Kabeer Talaq might have planned to kill Hamdan. To get back to Kabeer.

That way really shady. So don't go by Ruksar words. Also Hamdan Parents were pretty much in touch with Hamdan. So Hamdan taking Ruksar for Cruise wouldn't have been so long ... .. definitely she wouldn't be hiding for more than 10 to 15 days... Hamdan Parents might have given a complaint on their missing son and daughter in law after that they could have found this. Because how many days of cruise 4 or max 7 days after that every one return back to the shore. FYI in sea also to greater extent we get signals and wifi.

One more thing... Even Kabeer was targeted for the invalid Marriage with Ruksar. Apostacy or Zina...

Safe Points ... Kabeer Handled Carefully... If incase they have hidden camera to record their activities... Bcoz this is strange to get married in jail and consummation... It could be a trap for Kabeer...

2. She did the Murder for Self Defense.

3. Marriage was not Consummated. So no Zina.

4. Also During the Marriage Ruksar Said her iddha was completed as it was 3 months and 26 days...

Kazi could have assumed her of a divorce ... As he don't aware of the History and Geography of the incident.

Also Main point. Kabeer also free from this accusation that... Ruksar revealed this after the Marriage... Kabeer was unaware of this before the Marriage... so mistake is not in Kabeer's end. But Ruksar aware of this. Now... Ruksar is not even eligible for the Meher Kabeer paid...
