Kabeer - Ruksar Marriage Status.

Even though this marriage is invalid, his children are to be attributed to him because it was like a marriage, and that was due to being unaware of the Islamic ruling.

Ibn Qudaamah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

If a women who is observing iddah gets married and they were aware of the iddah and the prohibition on marrying during this period, and he had intercourse with her, then they are zaanis; the hadd punishment for zina should be carried out on them, she is not entitled to any mahr and any child born should not be attributed to him. But if they were unaware of the iddah or of the prohibition, then the child is to be attributed to him, the hadd punishment is waived and the mahr must be paid.

The purpose of this was to cause a stir over the weekend and it sure did! Kabeers intentions are not bad but can't say the same for ruksaar. The point that any mention of her idda was avoided must be because something huge is cooking we just have to wait and watch . Our minds are running wild when it's usually a lot simpler in reality.

So when can they declare this nikah as null and void, he clearly mentions he did it only to save her, so there was no intention of marriage or neither they had intercourses

I wish Zara can go to Dubai and get this nulled over there only, don't bring her India as his wife, can't deal with both sisters taunting and harassing zara

With these forgetful writers only they know as they don't play by the rules. All we can do is wait and see how much and long will they plan on torturing us . Those creepy eyes are enough to give anyone nightmares hope they have mercy and fly through this dumb track . Wishful thinking

I always thought whatever they are doing is to make entry for this creepy woman into Ahmed mansion, to make her more creepy they let her touch kabir and now they will pull him away, due to this she will be more crazy and violate

these writers keep messing with good story and slowing ruing this show.

Keeping aside showing this forced illogical marriage status that too for a criminal who anyhow would have been punished in India if not in Dubai for various crime charges that are pending against her, it looks both inspector and Fawad guy are hand in gloves and are only faking as if he got arrested on charges made by Kabir and put under Dubai police custody.

Guess they will say that Hamdaan was killed 3 months back or the marriage was not consummated.
