Ranbir Kapoor takes the Sui Dhaaga Challenge after Alia Bhatt nominates him BUT there's a DeepVeer twist to it

Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar accepted the Sui Dhaaga Challenge after Alia Bhatt nominated them. However, there is a huge DeepVeer twist to the video shared by KJo on Twitter.

Just like the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and the Kiki Challenge, the Sui Dhaaga Challenge is on everyone's mind currently. The challenge was accepted by Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur recently who then went on to nominate Karan Johar and Rohit Dhawan. Later, via her tweet, Alia also nominated boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, who she stars opposite in Brahmastra. While Alia is back in Mumbai from Bulgaria post the wrap ofBrahmastra, Ranbir is yet to return.

As Karan is with Ranbir, the two decided to take the Sui Dhaaga Challenge together. In a video shared by Karan on Twitter, the duo is seen trying to put the dhaaga (thread) inside the sui (needle). Before doing the task, the two showed us their singing skills by belting out the lyrics of Chaav Laaga, which is a part of the Sui Dhaaga - Made in Indiasoundtrack. Ultimately, it was Ranbir who won the challenge, just like Alia! Watch the hilarious video below:

Karan tweeted, "Thanks for nominating us @aliaa08! We accept the #suidhaagachallenge and further nominate @deepikapadukone and @RanveerOfficial !! Best of luck @AnushkaSharma @Varun_dvn."

Did you notice how Ranbir and Karan nominated DeepVeer aka Deepika Padukoneand Ranveer Singh? Now, we're hoping that the couple, who reportedly will be getting hitched on November 20, 2018, will take up the Sui Dhaaga Challenge together.

Meanwhile, Sui Dhaaga - Made in India stars Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma as the small-town couple Mauji (a tailor) and Mamta (an embroider) with big entrepreneurship dreams. Directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by Maneesh Sharma under the YRF banner, Sui Dhaaga is slated to release on September 28, 2018.

Ranbir is like indirectly telling Deepika: Mera peecha chod do and focus on ur boyfriend, Ranveer. I feel he will be most happy when Deepika finally gets married. It will be independence day for him 🤪😆

So Ranbir's current girlfriend nominated him, and his response was to nominate his own ex? 😆😆😆. And people call Deepika manipulative. He's just as bad. He gets away with more because he's not on social media.

But he nominated her WITH Ranveer. Not alone. He also told clearly in KWK that he has moved on as its been 10 yrs and others shud move on too and infact, went ahead to wish Ranveer n DP for their marriage and hoped they had lot of babies. How more blunt cud he have Friendzoned DP than that! 😆

How about not nominating her or Ranveer at all? There are many many other people in Bollywood he could have nominated. I'm not saying he's into her. I also don't think Deepika is into him. I think both use each other when convenient to get attention. Deepika is more blunt about it, Ranbir is more subtle and sneaky.

On KWK he didn't say others should move on, he said KWK should move on and stop bringing the topic up every year. It was a dig at KJo not at Deepika.

Like I said above, Deepika is blunt about it, and also she's on social media so her moves are visible to all. I don't believe that RK nominated her as a sign of "leave me alone. It was to get attention and make people talk just like her mentions of his name. But I don't think we'll reach an agreement here so let's leave it agree to disagree.

Didn't you know whatever they both do, it is always deepika who is desperate, shameless, s**t shamed...

Tamasha movie - Both of them signed when they are in relationships, but it is deepika who is despo not over his ex...ranbir is not even though he could have not signed it and back off.

Tamasha promotions - Both of them spoke lot of bakwaas, but ofcourse deepika is s**tshamed and ranbir gets scot free..

Imagine the outrage if the opposite happened in sui dhaaga challenge, this thread would be a blockbuster with 30 page discussions on how deepika the shameless is still not over him, but since ranbir did that, he wants to "prove" how he is over her.

If ranbir is so disgusted with deepika and wants to get rid of her, why does he keeps signing films, keeps coming with her BF of chat shows, keeps nominating her and her bf...

and i dont understand the hypocrisy, why should deepika lose on potential good films,because her ex is working on it, why cant ranbir do that...like if i get a great career opportunity, why the heck would i leave that, just coz my ex is working in the same office...is it because she is a lady ?
