The Badshah did a nice adab to everyone who greeted him. The marriage was a month away so only the main family members were at Amer, but still there was hustle and bustle everywhere. The Shenshah frowned, he hadn't seen a glimpse of his Begum ever since she had gotten off her palanquin. Anyways his sasur had called a meeting 1 hour later so he had plenty of time to tease Jodha. He knew that even though she was married she had many admirers and he had to steer Jodha clear of them. One place stuck out to Jalal and he wasted no time in hurrying his way.

Jalal entered THEIR Hojra and saw Jodha sitting down with Sukanya (Sukanya will be her chacha ji's daughter in this one, Jodha is the only daughter of Mainavati and Bharmal). He smirked seeing what the 2 were doing. Jodha was helping Sukanya choose what she would wear to the Daawat tonight, she obviously had to help Sukanya woo Rajkumar Vikram.

" This is such a pretty necklace, don't you think so Sukanya." Jodha admired the diamond studded necklace with a huge emerland in the middle." If you listen to me, I think you should wear this to the Daawat tonight." Jodha beemed at Sukanya.

"Nahi jiji, green looks very good on you, Thai sa & Ma sa had exclusively chose this for you since you don't hate the colour green anymore, aur vaise bhi he likes the colour blue on me." Sukanya blushed.

" OH ho, wow Sukanya you already know his likes and dislikes before the wedding." Jodha teased her." And for your information I would appreciate it heavily if you don't force me to wear this necklace it's beautiful but I don't want to wear the colour green." Jodha added on." Ever." She then mumbled under her breath so Sukanya couldn't hear her but the Badshah knew her in and out and made out the word that she had mumbled. He felt a pang in his heart that moment but he assured himself that he wouldn't fall weak.

" So jiji, today I will wear this beauty (imagine the colour to be blue and gold) and this chania choli , I just hope my voh likes this outfit as much as I do jiji. And jiji can you please do my hair in a very pretty braid today, I won't trouble you with my makeup just my hair pleaseee." Sukanya put her best pout on.

" Of course I will Sukanya. And I've also decided my outfit for today. I'm thinking of

this heavy work baby pink chania choli and this shahi Necklace-Set with a matching Mughal maang tikka on the side to give it a lil flair don't you think." Jodha laid hers out.

This is when Jalal spoke out, as much as he considered Sukanya his sister she was becoming a kebab mein haddi so he had to create an excuse for her to step out.

" Arrey, Rajkumari Sukanya your here? Rajkumar Vikram has been searching for you from the past hour, if you dn't go to him this moment I believe he will go crazy." Jalal lied to Sukanya with fake worry.

" Shamma jiji, but I have to go now what if it's something important I will be gone and back in a jiffy." Sukanya said to Jodha her voice laced with worry and she hurringly made her way out not before stopping by her jiju sa and saying some words of major importance.

" Vaise jiju sa, you act very well, I love your excuses to spend time with my Jodha jiji. But here is a tip for next time, Rajkumar ji has gone to hunt and it's been about 2 hours so next time check and then make an excuse." Sukanya told Jalal with a little giggle at the end.

Jalal took a deep breath atleast Jodha didn't catch his lie. He walked his way over to Jodha and wrapped his arms around her.

" Shenshah, let go of me." Jodha firmly told him.

" Nahi, I don't feel like letting you go right now Jodha begum." Jalal muttered back and took the dupatta off her head. " Aur vaise bhi, I'm your Shauher you don't need this formalities around me." Jalal added on while snuggling his head in her neck.

" Shenshah-" Jodha was abrutly cut of by Jalal pushing her down on the bed and kissing her. She had the kissed the emperor many times but this kiss felt very different. It was full of a need of Jalal's that she couldn't decipher. Jalal and Jodha finally pulled away breathing for air.

God dammit. Jodha cursed her self, how could she have made such a mistake, one touch of his had her going wild. Jalal leaned in once again but Jodha turned her head. However that didn't help her pagal Shenshah, instead he started kissing down her neck and leaving Hickeys while Jodha was a puddle in front of him. Somehow she pushed him off and adjusted herself.

" We are about to separated through di-." But Jalal cut her off again with his lips. Jodha pulled away to complete her incomplete sentence but Jalal stopped her.

" For how long will you run away from your feelings Jodha Begum. Tell me how long, how are you doing this. You know you love me and I know that I am deeply in love with you. I have tried so hard these past few days to win your heart but you aren't listening. How mnay imes should I apologize for the cruel way I treated you after the death of our babies. We only fall in love once Jodha begum don't ruin your life because of your stubbornness." Jalal was crying at this stage. " I love you so f**king much god dammit but then there is you who doesn't even want to listen to me." Jalal took his shamsheer out." Khuda kasam Jodha begum, my heart beats for you and you only your the only reason I'm living in this cruel world." Jalal then gripped the shamsheer in his hand and blood started to ooze out.

"Shen-" Jodha Begum lurched forward in a hurry.

" STOP IT NOW. I am begging you Jodha begum." Jalal begged as he got on his knees." Please forget all the unfortunate incidents that have happened in the past 3-4 months. Forget it like it was a horrible nightmare and become my pyari purane wali Jodha Begum, please become my theeki mirchi again." Jalal was crying out all his pain with the shamsheer still cutting his hand and blood still oozing out.

Jodha started to bandage Akbar's hand and uttered one word looking in his eyes. " Mansoor."
