these are some good theories but I don't think Zoya is sacrificing her love for aditya's happiness. For her to sacrifice for Adi she needs to acknowledge her feelings for him. I just think she is in denial that she feels anything for anyone. Now that denial has turned into stubbornness. For me all I can seeAditya loves Zoya and he told her he will love her till the end of his life.Zoya thinks she can't love she is not capable of love. She is shuttered after Yash and she can't give Adi the love her deserves.She is the best one to know how hard for Adi to move on after what happened to him.
