I am sorry if thats ur problem...my sympathies yaar.

IMO..he is family yes. But you cannot make a bull read a bible. Treat him like he treats you. U be responsible and look after ur family.

if he is not willing to make sacrifices, you dont make sacrifices too. but be smart. eik toh hes your brother and you may need his support now or in the future. not just financially but emotionally,morally too. do little stuff, but not at the expense of sacrificing for yourself. be tactful.

I think he should help family to an extent at least

I think it's about balancing his money towards duty and having fun he is responsible for his family too

1. Where is the father ?

2. Whose loan is it ? The brother's loan, family loan ?

3. If it is the family's loan, why are the sisters not working ? this is 2018.

4. It is not the responsibility of the brother only to take care of mother and sisters. Sisters should work too, mom can make dhabba.

5. If everyone works, everyone can contribute a percent of their income to make family run. The rest they can enjoy, save, buy whatever as they wish.

Bottom line, it is not the responsibility of the boy alone to take care of family. Everyone should contribute towards the family so there are no resentments.

This is what I got from the rather vague TM post. Sorry if I misunderstood.
