You are probably right. In today's episode they hinted that they are brothers. Pakistani Dada huzoor hates Marian. Where as indian one loves her very much.
I hate pakistanii dadahuzoor. how stiff he acts around mariam. this rude behavior of his is so dangerous for poor child. Glad that now her brother is getting along with her.
