@alizia the rain dance you reminded me of Kuch Kuch Hota hai. Actually my big problem with that movie was Rahul never fell in love with the tomboyish Anjali, his emotions are awakened in real sense when Anjali's saree flies off in the rain. Believe me most of us wanted Salman's character to marry Anjali than Rahul 😆😆.

It was exactly for that reason Niram the malayalam movie was better scripted, Aby loves Sona for what she is. And Sona too in the end accepts the goofy Aby over perfect Prakash.

One thing about BP also I like is that it is not the changed Adi that is able to influence Zoya. It is Aditya the way he was, even while he was married to Pooja. It is his straight forwardness and truth Zoya values. And it is the ziddi Zoya Adi values, not the one who is bowing down in front of society. Because Ziddi Zoya is her true nature.

Exactly I never considered KKHH as most romantic movie because i can't relate with it. Why a person has to look or act or behave or present themselves in certain manner to make someone else to fall in love with you. If you love somebody you need to accept the person for his/her true self because that is the only thing that will remain constant throughout. The outer looks.. dancing skills.. basically outside factors or aspects of the person keeps changing with the time and circumstances. They will mature and learn new tings with the time but nature won't change.

You are right about BP.. we know characters are flawed.. Aditya and zoya have also witnessed the worst sides of each other still they can connect with each other on deeper level which solidifies their relationship.They will fight with each other.. push each other to be better version but will never expect each other to go 180 degree with their real nature and true-self.
