HIP Exclusive: Arij Fatyma Will Play a Negative Role in her Next 'Zehar'!

The first thing which makes any actress stand out in a play is how sincere she is towards her craft and one artiste whom we felt has worked in all her projects with utmost sincerity is model turned actress Arij Fatyma.

She stole our heart in Yaar-e-Bewafawhere she played a very selfish person married to Imran Abbas, and her 'grey-zone' character spoke volume of her versatility. Though she started her career not very long ago, in this short span of time she has made a special place in the industry with her performances in plays like Hiddat, Aap Kay Liye and Dil -e-Bekhabar to name a few. But the reason why we are talking about Arij today is because she is all set to appear in a new drama where she will be seen in a negative avatar for the first time!

When Arij told us herself about her antagonist role, we were (as always) curious to know more and below is what the actress shared with us.

"It is a project with Big Bang Production and the title of the drama is Zehar," she began telling of the drama directed by Abis Raza.

Talking about her character, Arij further said, "This is a very different role in terms of what I have played so far as I always wanted to do a negative role and with this drama finally I liked a script which had a negative role so strong that it dominated the entire story."

The drama cast also includes Minal Khan as well as Shahroze Sabzwari alongside Arij.

We couldn't help but ask Arij whether we will be seeing her in another drama soon as the actress recently tied the knot and shifted to Canada.

"I will be coming back and forth now for work but only if there are good projects."
