First time am posting in the forum, the discussion for this series is so interesting that i cudnt hold myself back from posting my take on this topic. I think both Kunal and Nandini are crazy attracted to each other but are hesitant to be physical with each other. This whole Rajdeep ordeal served as a trigger for basically what happened, Nandini at that moment was very vulnerable and Kunal wanted to comfort her. Both of them let their emotions get the better of them. Its a common trope used in movies and dramas isnt it, something emotional happens and in the aftermath d leads get physical.
Now to the question did Kunal take advantage of an vulnerable Nandini. Well, if he was a better man he would have held himself back. But Kunals been shown as a weak willed and irresolute man from the beginning and he behaved accordingly. At the same time its unfair to put the entire blame on Kunal coz Nandini was a willing participant and basically this is what she signed up for when she accepted Kunals proposal in the first place. Probably that's why she feels no guilt, coz she believes Kunal loves her and hence their act was not wrong.

I am confused as to Kunals intentions. If he cannot live without Nandini then its high time he informs Mauli of his new love, get a divorce and let mauli move on. Otherwise hes just using Nandini nd this is exactly what he hoped would happen maybe at a subconcious level. Nandini at this point her self worth has been so diminished by years of abuse that shes ready to accept any scrapes of affection thrown her way by Kunal.

If as Kunal claims that he 'loves' Nandini, then he should have been more concerned about calling the cops, about improving security measures at Nandini's home, and more importantly, about Nandini's state of mind. But he ended up giving the impression that he is more concerned about his selfish interests.

Does that absolve Nandini of guilt? This really depends on how the CVs intend to deal with this matter. As of now, Nandini has been shown to be a willing participant; and not like she wasn't in her senses or anything. She doesn't seem to feel any regrets or guilt or anything. So I don't think the CVs intended to go the route of Nandini was too traumatized to know what she was doing. But I can see where the ambiguity comes from... which is why I feel the CVs should not have used that traumatic incident as the driving force. Because in the process, they ended up doing disservice to the trauma.

Kunal is using both of them
He doesn't love Mauli
He doesn't love Nandini
He loves his pleasure ...nothing else
Can't just understand ... As it people will always accuse the woman
He should have thought about it
If he loved N , he wouln't making his advances
He is just like many men who are out there to make use of vulnerable woman

Traumatised doesn't mean unconscious. It's a mental condition. Mental disorders aren't always visible. If a woman has been abused for 7 years of life. How can her psychological position can be normal?
But she wasn't in a worst position in comparison to the people who get fed up of life and stop behaving normally. Mauli might have taken for a therapy since she must be having knowledge about it.

I am confused, many believe that Kunal took advantage of Nandini? Wasn't it consensual? How did he take advantage of her when she didn't show any signs of hesitation after sleeping with him?
Did he promise her that he'll marry her? No, Did he force her? No, She was in a shocked state but she did stop him from leaving, she was happy in bed with him, then she was smiling touching the sindoor, how exactly did Kunal take advantage when she was involved in it with her will?

I agree, it was not forced at all. She was there all the way with him. He did not take advantage of her nor of the circumstance. This was the end of the build up since the confession. She knew exactly what she was asking and he obliged.

Yes whether those circumstances justified that action is definitely questionable but I would blame CV;s for that.
