I feel that Zoya's anger is over and I think even without the prank call Zoya would be angry from Aditya's love just because he loved her and she wanted him as a friend nothing more

she is marrying arshad because:

1- she is mad at adi about phone call

2- she doesnt want to hurt her father again

3- she is guilty of marrying against her father's will to yash and being cheated on

I don't think she is marrying Arshad for her father. Because she refused Arshad before and she knows this will make her father sad.

She refused him twice

once in the dinner date and the second in Hooda's house in front of her father and everyone

so it is not about her father

it is about her escaping and running away from Adi's love
