Why is Ishika repeatedly targeting Roop? Yesterday's scene where an unconscious Roop was tied up was very cringe-worthy for me to watch. I felt uncomfortable for Roop. Imagine if the situation was the opposite and Roop & his male friends made Ishika unconscious and tied her up in a chair, oogled her body, and objectified her. I wanted to slap her friend who was like, 'he's so hot. look at his body!"🤢 Damn...what's with this writing?
Getting to the point. So, Ishika is supposedly starting to like or be attracted to Roop. Although she spends a lot of her time contemplating ways to bring Roop down, she seems oblivious to his pain. Her obsessive feelings are in no way positive ones yet. He's homeless and just went thru the worst few hours of his life. His father was shattered and lashed out with him...and he was on the phone with his crying mother and sisters...couldn't she sense his melancholy and back off for a while? Give him a break!
She instigated that jerk, whatever his name is, to fight Roop and now wants to embarrass him and show that he's a coward by making sure doesn't show up for the fight. She knows if Roop shows up, he'll win...so she's resorting to nefarious ways to bring him down. Just plain wrong...mean. I wish Roop stops looking at her and speaking to her. he has way too many problems now to even entertain her.
