Lovely analysis. Today's scene also reminded me of their fight when she comes to know Adi is leaving for paris and then in the cab, when she was feeling breathless, she thought of Adi first. There's no parallel between these scenes but one common thing is Zoya's fear of losing Adi. This same fear made Zoya fight with Adi. This same fear made her think of Adi in the cab because she thought she's anyway going to lose him even if she dies.

This same fear crept her when Adi was hit by Rajveer's bullet. This same fear will make Zoya realize Adi's love for her. She may agree to marry Arshad but with each day passing, this fear inside her will increase more and then she will realize she doesn't want to lose Adi because he is her life and she cannot live without her life.

For Adi, Zoya is his sukoon, his manzil but for Zoya, Adi will be her life.
