If i see the characterization of zoya, she has evolved in all aspects. She can understnd othrs, stand fr herself nd fr others etc. She has concern fr adi , priority nd importance everything tht a frnd should hav but she is def mre than a frnd.The rsn why zo is still nt aware of adi's mental changes is cuz she is still in tht frnd zone nd somethng hard has to hit her mind so tht she can come out of it. For adi it was the car scenario. Similarly sumthng has to happen so tht zo can finally sense somethng. But one's physical changes can b easily found out. Adi has tht luv filled look desperate look fr zo still she could not find it.tht i too could not understand why. She has never been frnd to anyone nor recieved intense love frm yash so she may think tht watever adi does out of love turns out to be frndship to her. She is not illogical or dumb to me. If a person is dumb they will be dumb nd illogical at all situations or atleast most of the situations. But zo is not like tht. She can sense everything apart frm adi's physical changes nd mental changes. She has flaws but not totally dumb or illogical to me.Once, she found tht something is bothering adi but b4 concentrating on tht anneversary nd adi was bck 2 normal. Once her pov comes(which should start by next week hopefully)out we wil get clear picture.
For me both adi nd zo are well written characters but the thing is zo's pov is not yet shown thts wat is the biggest hole now which make her lil bit dumb to some fans. If they had shown her pov earlier itself tht would hav made us to undrstnd her better.
