I don't think they are back together. The family is fond of Katrina as she was with Salman for a long time and even after the breakup she maintained close relations with them. She even attended Arpita's wedding while she was with Ranbir.

I think the family like Iulia as well. Iulia is the one who gets to go on family vacations with the khandhaan not Katrina. Katrina was not invited to Arpita's son's destination birthday party but Iulia was. Also she does attend all the festival bashes held Arpita's as well as all the other Khan family member's homes.

The caption does give out a strong message and Salman is way too fond of Katrina for sure but I don't think they can last as a couple. They tried it before and we all know what happened 😕 I think they're better off as really close friends this phase suits them they're both growing and happy in it. A relationship will mess it up. But in the end of the day it's their life their choice. Hard to imagine Salman in a serious committed relationship, he is the ultimate bachelor.

There is no original post where Arpita has commented.
The person only had that pic on their profile, seems to be edited.
