Thats different .totally vish is doing it for hidden motive and in past seasons its for love triangle ..so concept is different that's what I said. If we say forbidden luvstory of a naagin & human then season 1 is best example coz rithik was a gud hearted human being with no special powers in him but he was a suryavanshi prince, a naagmani protector coz of his birth mark no snake can harm him, after consummation shivanya lost her naagin powers & reduced into human being, thou temporary she was given her naagin powers back

In season 2 also when shivangi first time visited her ancestor's panchmer haveli owned by suryavanshi's & went 2 sheshnag mandir situated in d haveli , snakes started crawling on her but when birthmark started glowing, snakes left her.

In season 3 till now mahir is being shown as a gud hearted human being but mahir 2 has a birthmark which is not a Suryavanshi's birthmark but still it has some significance coz naag guru told Bela that mahir's birthmark is very shubh/auspicious & sumi 2 told that mahir has Raj yoga coz of his birthmark only.

Somewhere mahir 2 will turn out special, I 2 don't want maahir 2 be a naag but someone very powerful & royal

If u guys remember d hotel confrontation scene b/w vihir , vish did felt something strange which left her speechless 4 a minute when mahir came close 2 her, nothing romantic there was in d scene.

the way vish has doubt on bela from day one that she will not kill mahir ,(those time bela dont have any kind of feeling for maahir )she can become weak front of him ,that make me feel vish knows mahir is spacial n bela dont know bcs she is a debutante naagin ,she is a newcomer so she dont know many thing where vish is a old naagin she knows almost all thing, bela even dont know when that ghanta sound played to call all snakes n vish informed her that was a "bulawaa" for naagrani.
