Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas made their engagement official yesterday with a roka ceremony in the morning followed by a private engagement bash in the night. The guest list was exclusive as the couple only invited 20 close friends and family. From Bollywood, Alia Bhatt and cousin Parineeti Chopra represented the young brigade who partied with the couple. Another Bollywood star who was reportedly invited was Priyanka's Dil Dhadakne Do co-star and good friend Ranveer Singh. However, the actor could not make it to the party.
On the other hand, DNA reports that Ranveer's ladylove and actress Deepika Padukone was not part of the guest list at all. Only one half of DeepVeer was invited and that is a tad bit shocking. A source shared with DNA, "Deepika has always been supportive of Priyanka and she would have definitely gone to wish her if she was invited. In fact, everyone knows Ranveer and DP are a couple and will walk down the altar this November. So, it's odd that PC left Dippy's name out of her guest list. Who does that? Why would you invite one half of a couple and leave the other one out?"

What's interesting to note is that while Ranveer wished the couple on Instagram by posting a comment on Priyanka's photo with Nick, Deepika refrained from commenting.
