No they are just a very close group of siblings. They don't know his birth truth only the adults know that

i m kinda liking their bond

In most of the shows they show rivalry of cousins but this is the third show in which m liking their scenes...first i liked nisha n her cousins then oberoi brothers in ishqbaaz now m loving rathod cousins...neither they judge each other nor the put allegations
