Some help needed about a scene

I was a bit busy with a wedding for the past week so have not been able to watch the episodes.. catching up now. Can someone please tell me on Wednesday's episode when Vivaan is pacing and remembering his and Meera's moments.. one of the scenes he remembers is Meera saying Main bhi tenu.. I love you'
Can someone please tell me which episode that is from because I don't think I have seen that scene, but I have seen every episode.. so I'm really confused.. plus they tend to delete some scenes in the UK telecast, so it might be one of those.
