He may be a gaslighter. Often people in the relationship can't see when the're being manipulated but those on those on the outside/ the observers have a much better view of things.

he is a kashmiri business...back then he was a struggling actor and model who worked in luck by chance...he couldn't find success in showbiz but was regular in mumbai parties. through manish malhotra urmila got hitched with him...but strangely after marriage...urmila has broken all ties with manish and other friends like sophie chaudhary etc. let's just hope the rumours r not true coz if she's faking her happiness it's the biggest mistake ever

or maybe ending relation with toxic frnds? maybe they think he is not on bw celebrities level n look down on him. which must annoy Urmila as well who didn't went for men's success but for her true love? there can be many versions. when frnds start dictating your decisions with partners, it's gud to end ties with such people
