I think she was trying to find the reason of why he was under the shower in his uniform. She must have guessed that something was wrong.

I agree with many points here, what baffles me is she wouldnt hide inside the shower as its glass doors (not curtains).

I maybe feel like she slips and her phone falls into the shower cubicle as she was trying to hide from someone approaching room. Upon exit she slips again and shower turns on as Adi helps her out!

The lack of eye contact, makes me think she is trying to figure out why he's upset? But he's avoiding eye contact because he's decided to leave. This whole friendship thing she has taken to another level! Her argument in the promo is just not a valid reason, the best friend bit should not have been mentioned. I like the part of "what does she mean in his life? Thats intense!

Anyway he'll find her even after the car incident, hopefully next week is looking like a positive week
